- Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are a legally binding agreement between the customer, “you/your/user/the customer”, and Trippy Panther, “we/us/our/Trippy Panther”. By using our website (www.trippypanther.com, “Site”, hosted in the UK) or services, you agree to have read, understood and agree to abide by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the Site and our services.
We may update these T&Cs from time to time and the updated version will be published on our Site and be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Site represents your acceptance of such updated changes. Please see the “Last Updated” legend at the top of this document.
Our Site is available in countries across the world. Whilst the Site and services we offer are in accordance with UK law, we cannot guarantee the privacy of your data through third parties, Trippy Panther Collaborators or in other countries. Our Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use our Site or access our services without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If we discover a user is in violation of these T&Cs, we reserve the right to terminate your account and delete any content you submitted to the Site. Will we contact you after we have temporarily suspended your account to discuss a resolution. If we terminate your account, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, an alias or the name of a third-party.
- Prohibitions: Acceptable Use of the Site and Services
You may only access the Site for the purposes intended, such as viewing, purchasing or reviewing products from our e-commerce store, reading about our trusted Collaborators or blog posts, viewing, purchasing or reviewing products we stock from our Collaborators through our Site, reading or posting comments on our blog section on our Site or creating or logging in to your account to view orders or make changes to your details.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site and our services available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
You agree not to falsely imply a relationship with Trippy Panther or another company with whom you do not have a relationship.
You must not misuse this Site. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Site.
In the event of breaching this provision, Trippy Panther will report any such breach to relevant law enforcement authorities and provide them with your identity. Trippy Panther will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by denial-of-service attacks, viruses or any other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programmes, data or other owned material as a result of your use of the Site. In addition, Trippy Panther will not be liable to such malware as a result of your downloading material posting on the Site, or any website linked to www.trippypanther.com.
- Information you Provide to us
When you use our Site, make a purchase or register an account, you agree that: (a) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete and relate to you and not a third party; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary; (c) you will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account; (d) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these T&Cs; and (e) you are not under 18 years old, or if you are under 18 years old you have received parental permission to use the Site.

We have the right to remove any content a user submits to the Site, at any time, if it does not comply with our Acceptable Use expectations. User Content has not been verified or approved by us and the views expressed by other users on the Site do not represent our views or values. You shall not try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the Site. We shall (a) prepare the Site and Our Content with reasonable skill and care, and (b) run industry-standard virus detection software to scan for security holes, malware and viruses.
The content on the Site is provided for general information as well as educational purposes. All content has been reasonably researched. Trippy Panther accepts no liability for mal-use of our CBD products or for adverse reactions, particularly if the individual has underlying health complications or is taking prescription medicines.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these T&Cs if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect Trippy Panther’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.trippypanther.com, Trippy Panther, and Panther Organix Ltd, as well as its Collaborators, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any – and all – third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your breach of our Terms and Conditions.
- Invalidity
If any part of the Terms and Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms and Conditions will not be affected and all other clauses will remain in full force and effect.
So far as possible, where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub-clause as is permitted by law.
- Currencies
All products are priced in GBP.
- Pricing
All prices are available on our Site and any additional costs will be clearly stated. We reserve the right to amend prices reasonably and as we see fit, without a period of notice.
- Billing Information
All physical goods purchased through the Site must be paid for in GBP (£) through PayPal. Payment must be received from the customer before any goods are dispatched. Trippy Panther reserves the right to select and modify acceptable payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion. The customer agrees to ensure that all account information is up to date and relevant. Trippy Panther is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information. In the event that the customer’s order or service is canceled, limited, or halted, we will endeavor, within reasonable limits, to contact the customer to explain the situation.
- Security
All payment-related transaction details are processed by the Payment Gateway Service Provider. Your details are encrypted and kept safe through the same Payment Gateway Service Provider. Trippy Panther does store payment reference details on the Trippy Panther server database.
- Conditions of Use
Trippy Panther’s CBD oil can be ingested. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure there is no more than 0.2% THC in our oils (supplied by Reakiro), we cannot guarantee every user will remain mentally and physically fit to drive. CBD may cause sedation or stimulation. Do not drive or operate dangerous machinery if you feel tired after taking our products. Follow the recommended dose and do not exceed this. The recommended dosage refers to adults only. If you wish to give your child our CBD products, the dosage needs to be significantly lower, and please consult your child’s doctor first. If you have underlying health conditions or are on prescription medicine, we recommend discussing your desire to take CBD with your doctor. We cannot be held accountable should a contraindication occur.
- Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
- Products and Services
We will ensure that any product purchased through our Site fits the product description as detailed on our Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any given time without any liability to the customer, or any third party. As Trippy Panther’s CBD oil (as supplied by Reakiro) is a natural product, it is subject to natural variations. Therefore, we cannot guarantee there will be no variation in the colour, smell or flavour of our products. We also reserve the right (but are not obligated) to restrict sales to any individual, third party, jurisdictional region, or geographic region at our discretion.
