Collection of Personal Data

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site.  When placing an order or registering your details on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, billing and postal address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.  In addition, if you send us an e-mail or communicate with us offline, we may collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide us at that time.

Using Your Data

Our website has been scanned for security holes and known vulnerabilities to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of individuals who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  In addition, all payment-related transaction details are processed by the Payment Gateway Service Provider.  Your details are encrypted and kept safe through the same Payment Gateway Service Provider.  Trippy Panther does store payment reference details on the Trippy Panther server database.  

When a user places an order, we adopt various security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

Protecting Children

Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 18 years old.  By using our Site, you admit to being over 18 years old, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor and you agree to the minor’s use of the Site.  If we learn that we have collected personal data from a user under 12 years of age without consent from their parent or guardian, we will delete this data as soon as possible, including deactivating and deleting the relevant account.  If you believe a user under the age of 18 may have provided us with personal data in violation of this clause, please contact us at [email protected].

On our Site, we have implemented Demographics Reporting.  We use Google Analytics cookies to compile data regarding user interactions with our website.  This Demographics Reporting is stored on the Google Analytics Dashboard, not on the Trippy Panther system.
