Return Policy

Panther Organix Limited, “Trippy Panther”, Refunds and Returns Policy

At Trippy Panther, we want to ensure our customers get the best products and customer experience.  If you do change your mind regarding your purchase, or you are not pleased with your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary.  Please also take note of COVID-19 restrictions as these may affect delivery times.

Cancellations

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.  The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party who is not the carrier but is named by you, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right to cancel please contact us via either of the below methods:

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to contact us using the “Return Item Request Form”, send us an email to [email protected] or send us a letter by post, concerning your wish to exercise the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. 

You can use the below model withdrawal form (although this is not necessary) and we do require your order reference number if you email us directly or write to us, which can be found on your invoice.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period runs from when you receive the last of the batch.

Returns 

In the case of a loss of value of any goods supplied caused by unnecessary handling by you, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement.

Please ensure any item returned is in the same condition that you received it, this includes:

  • For CBD Oil/Creams – this must be unopened/seal unbroken.
  • For clothes, please ensure all original packaging and tags are present and intact.  Clothes should also be unwashed.
  • For all other products these must be unused, in their original packaging. 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.  You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.  The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

We kindly ask you to avoid damage and contamination of the goods.  The original packaging is not an essential requirement to effectively exercise the right to return the products, but please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact via the following methods:

Replacement damaged or faulty goods

You must examine goods on arrival.  We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of an item, which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.


If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us by email at [email protected] without delay.  Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not, in any way, affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights.  However, in doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

Alternatively, at your option, we may replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).
