To return your product, you should mail your product to Panther Organix, 54 Sun Street, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1EJ, UK.  This information will also be available online via our returns form. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary.  Please also take note of COVID-19 restrictions as these may affect delivery times.


We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the return’s delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery, has been used or has signs of use or if the item is missing in transit.  Please ensure that you keep a record of the tracking number on return of the item.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return costs are non-refundable provided that items delivered are damaged or faulty.
